Fees and Payment Information

Fees

We exist to serve the community by making high-quality therapy as affordable as possible. Our session fees begin at $60 and then are on a sliding scale, based on your household income level as it relates to 2023 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines:

Documentation of income is required to establish the fee. Any clients who prefer not to provide documentation of income will be offered a minimum of an $90 fee. Please discuss any concerns about ability to pay with your counselor during your initial consultation. For household sizes larger than 5, please ask your counselor for current guidelines. 

Payment

Preferred payments are paid by credit card. You will have the option of either placing a credit card on file or being invoiced. All payments are received prior to the session. We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards, Flex Spending, and HSA cards.

In person appointments can be paid through cash, check, or credit card.

Insurance

We are currently only accepting insurance as Out-of-Network providers. If you have anything other than a HMO, you will pay upfront and then be provided an Superbill to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. *The paying party is responsible for obtaining this reimbursement.

We are in the process of getting on specific insurance panels and will update this information as we progress.
