About Me

I specialize in helping people transform their lives. I embrace diversity and welcome any relationship into the room. I have a particular interest in helping those who appear to function well, but struggle with depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. I am invested in providing compassionate support to you around relationships, job, and family life. 

I have an authentic, calming, and supportive style. I am inspired by my clients and experts in my field. I believe that therapy can help transform lives and relationships in meaningful ways. In therapy we will develop your strengths in a way that feels empowering and supportive.  We will build on those strengths and resources as a foundation for change and increase your internal supports for navigating life transitions. 

I am Certified in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). It is an empathic and engaged approach to therapy that creates an environment ideal for healing both emotional and relational experiences. This therapy draws from mindfulness, attachment, IFS and neurobiology. My training and work are informed by cutting-edge findings in the field of psychotherapy which allow me to provide you the most up-to-date and effective care.

I receive ongoing training through the AEDP institute and Alliant International University. I am supervised by Aimee Clark of Explore Counseling Group. Together, we will build your resilience through emotional experienced. We will resolved self-defeating patterns and ultimately help you have the life and relationships you really want.
