Aimee Le Zakrewski Clark, MA, LMFT

Aimee is the co-founder of Caldwell-Clark. She has been a supervisor for pre-licensed therapists since 2006 and practicing therapy since 2002. Aimee completed her MA in Marriage & Family Therapy and is completing her Dissertation for a PhD in Holistic Psychology. She has a vast array of experience working with people of all ages in all types of relationships. She has created Self-Confidence and Emotional Intelligence groups for children, as well as Self and Stress-Care programs for the work environment. She is well-trained in the most effective theories of therapy and – above all – loves being a therapist and a supervisor.

Ben Caldwell, PysD, LMFT

Ben is the co-founder of Caldwell-Clark and has been a support for supervision since 2011. He has focused primarily on academia and offers continuous support in regards to theory, law and ethics, and all things related to the counseling center. His research has appeared in the Journal of Marital and Family TherapyJournal of Couple and Relationship TherapyAmerican Journal of Family Therapy, and elsewhere.

He has authored books including Basics of California Law for LMFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWsSaving Psychotherapyand these exam prep tools for the California Law & Ethics Exams for family therapists, clinical social workers, and clinical counselors.

Lea Walchshauser, MA, LMFT

Lea’s mental health provider path started as an intern at a non-public school for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. She studied the behavior with functional analysis and behavior intervention plans. Upon becoming licensed she moved into community-based work within the wraparound model. Providing services to children and families that are a part of the system of care – child welfare system and probation. From there, she started my own private practice providing therapy to children, teens, adults and families. In addition to supervising Associates, Lea also has a private practice. 

Kelly Williams, MA, LMFT

Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor who brings warmth, cultural awareness, and a strong relational focus to both therapy and supervision. Her background is rooted in trauma therapy —working with military families, foster youth, and individuals navigating complex family systems. With a foundation in family development and psychology, Kelly offers thoughtful, whole-person support that honors each client’s lived experience. As an AAMFT approved supervisor, she creates a supportive space for associate therapists and interns to grow their clinical skills, develop their professional identity, and build ethical, compassionate practices. Kelly is passionate about helping developing therapists develop the confidence and humility that make a great clinician. She is also the founder of a private practice dedicated to serving BIPOC professionals and creatives through identity-affirming, culturally responsive care.
