I have an organic passion to help. As a heart-centered counselor, I understand the holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit for overall health. My unique approach blends Eastern philosophy and Western psychology.  Being proactive is vital to your healing success and healthy changes will demand for you to tap into pieces of yourself that you may not even know exist or be comfortable with.
