In a world where challenges arise in relationships, family dynamics, career pressures, and questions of identity, therapy offers a space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
About Me
As a fourth-generation therapist, my drive to alleviate suffering and support personal growth is part of my lineage. I am deeply committed to helping people make meaningful and lasting change in their lives. In a world where challenges arise in relationships, family dynamics, career pressures, and questions of identity, therapy offers a space to pause and reconnect with yourself. If you are seeking to deepen your understanding of self, navigate life with greater awareness and purpose, and strengthen the way you relate to others, you have come to the right place. My goal is to create a supportive space where insight leads to action, and change feels both practical and deeply personal.
Couples
I specialize in working with couples through the lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is grounded in attachment theory. My work focuses on helping partners move beyond surface-level conflict to explore the deeper emotional needs that often go unspoken. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where vulnerability, repair, and lasting connection can emerge. Whether you are facing communication breakdowns, trust injuries, conflict and resentment, or a general sense of distance, I am here to help you rebuild the bond and return to each other with compassion and clarity.
Individuals
In my work with individuals, I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress, we will work collaboratively to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop a more balanced and empowered mindset. I also incorporate EFT to help clients connect with the emotional roots of their experiences, especially when relational wounds or attachment history are impacting their present lives.
