Caldwell-Clark, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking to fill up to three (3) part-time paid positions for Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists and/or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Weekly group supervision is provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements include: (1) Current, active Associate (formerly Intern) MFT or LPCA registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (note: those whose applications are pending will not be considered). (2) Strong clinical skill development, including an understanding of systemic treatment approaches and cultural competency. (3) A defined area of clinical preference or specialization, evidenced through advanced training or clinical experience. (4) An understanding of, and fit with, the Caldwell-Clark mission and services.
IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE in some or all of these areas:
People of all ages
Couples (EFT trained a plus)
Trauma (EMDR trained a plus)
*We are also looking for associates whom have a desire to work with Spanish-speaking and the BIPOC community.
*There will be some opportunity for Telehealth as well.

COMPENSATION: Starts at $25/hour and ranges up to $40 for each hour of client contact, adjusted monthly based on number of clients. Minimum wage is paid for Supervision, Client Advocacy, and any Administrative Items. We proudly #PostThePay in support of fair wage and employment practices for counselors and therapists.
