Angeline Baucom

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions and traumatic experiences. I consider all aspects of an individual and implement a bio-psycho-social-spiritual, culturally-sensitive and client-centered approach with individuals, couples, families and groups.

About Angeline:

Angeline uses various research-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Family Systems. She has worked with individuals, couples, families, teens and facilitated many groups and has completed Domestic Violence 52-week facilitator training.

She worked in Hospice for almost two years and is currently building up her practice here at Explore. In addition to that, she is working with addiction and mental health in a residential treatment center for substance abuse and in the process of completing her Alcohol and Drug certification from Palomar College.

Angeline is born and raised in San Diego. She grew up in a small town and on a ranch. She attended Cal State San Marcos, earned her BA in Human Development concentration in Children Services and graduated in 2017. She earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and graduated in 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, and being out on the ranch and horseback riding.
