About Me:

In a world full of perpetual change and unpredictability, everybody needs a safe space filled with love, compassion, and positive intention. I aim to provide this space to people of all ages and backgrounds, cultivating healing and understanding through the power of conversation and genuine connection. I believe in the goodness of all humans; that we experience events at various life stages that shift our core being and leave us feeling lost or disillusioned. Driven by my passion for trauma and attachment work, I will address your presenting concerns with non-judgmental dedication as we explore various goals and resolutions in a comfortable, collaborative fashion.
